Joshua's blue Ghost jeep tj build

Well I'm going to keep the tj and build it, currently I think it has good bones but it does need some upgrades and some preventive maintenance done to it to make it trail worthy. I thought I would post on time as you all seems to know what to avoid and what is a worthy upgrade. So here is the current state of the Jeep.

1999 Jeep Tj, 180000 miles, 4.0l manual transmission, dana 30 front, dana 44 rear.
Edge Trailjammer throttle body, and " chip" and " cold air intake.
Running an Ame dryflow filter.
Accel ignition coil
Magnaflow high flow cat
2" puck lift installed
Eag front bumper with a badlands 9000lb winch ( never used yet)
Installed a new ac condenser and a new aluminum radiator last year.
Hella e code headlight housings with hella high amp bulbs
2 cheap ass led bunny busters installed on eag bumper
8 in kenwood execlon sub installed in rear trunk lockbox thing, cerwin vega speakers in sound at and a crappy dual Bluetooth head unit, gets the job done, cheap and no one would ever want to steal it.

31x10.5 r 15 Goodyear Wrangler Authority tires on stock canyon style rims.

What do I want on this well hell I'd love to put a highline kit with a full old man emu 3 " lift, but I'll prob end up with a cheaper set of springs as I already installed new rancho rs5000x shocks for a 2-3 in lift. I would like to install lockers, but don't know if more than a front sparten locker will be in the budget.
I would also like to install some new fenders, but I am not sold on tube style fenders.

Things it needs:
New throw out bearing, going to do the clutch while I am in there, rear drive line u joints rebuilt ( no prob, but I have never done it on this rig, as well as front drive line, half shaft all could use u joints and axle seals.
While I was installing a melling high-low oil pump last year I found the bottom of two of the piston skirts had broken off and we're sitting in the oil pan, asked about this on the jeep forums, most guys said it's so common on the tj's that most people drive around with broken skirts and never know it, as long as it's not giving piston slap they said full send..... I would rather replace them in my drive way then in the mountains so maybe going to find time this summer. Or.... Jeep tj Tdi swap???????

I've never heard of that. You need pistons to be complete. There is no way I would drive that if I found broken piston skirts in the oil pan. For one it would unbalance the motor. Two your pistons are now majorly weakened. I'd thank your lucky stars the motor didn't grenade and get it rebuilt before it does.

Not a big update, but my new lock cylinders came today, when I purchased the jeep it had jeeps from another jeep on it and the ignition cylinder was so worn you could start it with a screwdriver, not being able to lock my doors was no biggie as it's a soft top, but after having my tires balanced and the tech locking my doors, forcing me to unzip the back window and shimmy my way in to unlock my doors in the middle of a busy parking lot I decided to replace every lock cylinder so they all had the same key. Pretty easy to do and only cost 100.00 for everything.

I had a 91 xj, one of my favorite rigs! Anyways, it had these rims, I am searching for a set of them for my tj, anyone have any idea what this style is called?
