OK, so I'm liking my 1300 setting then.

Are you saying it's normal to sustain 1250 for long periods of time on a large pull? If so, I might feel a little better about my setup. Pulling full load up that large hill past Woodside (between Price & Green River) I sustain about 1300ish (pre turbo) at 65 mph in my stock Cummins.

Usually that pull makes me nervous about the EGTs.

Upgrade your exhaust to 4" and you'll be less nervous. Now, who has a 4" exhaust system for your truck?? :greg:
