We all know and hate rusted bolts right? And some of us are lucky enough to have used Aerokroil. That stuff is awesome, but often is hard to find. Better than PB Blaster...

I'm getting some. Thought others would like it too.

I've been looking for the LocTight product that freezes bolts and nuts but can't seem to find it in the store. I'd like to know if this works as good as it looks. I have a TJ that seems to have seen a lot of winters in the mid west.

Does that stuff work better than Liquid Wrench or some of those other similar products?

I'm going to have to say yes it does. Liquid wrench will eventually get in, but Kroil products do so faster. I used to use it on board ships when I was in the Navy. Serious stuff.

Lab studies have shown that a 50/50 mix of tranny fluid and acetone is superior (in freeing bolts) to all commercial product.... just saying.

AeroKroil works very well.

I bought some locally at Marshalls Industrial (on california avenue just west of I-215).

FYI
They also had the loctite bolt freeze stuff.

It was a LOT more expensive in the store though. This really is a good deal.
