Just silly

Someone in SLC has built a DONK! It's silly. While bored at work I was looking at other silly DONKS. I can't believe a market has been created around putting wheels on cars that cost more than the actually car they are being bought for.

Donk: Any POS late 80's or early 90's American heap (preferably an Impala) that has large enough wheels installed until it resembles (and rides and handles like) a Conestoga wagon. This is done so it sits up high enough so as to be at the same eye level as the Playas with real juice ridin in their Escalades. Adding in a bad candy paint job and Wal-Mart sub box completes the transformation.
With no money left over for necessary suspension and brake upgrades, the lifespan is limited to a few drug runs or the first Police chase, whichever occurs first.
example: That donk is fly and ridin high.

that second picture the tires look like they are on plexiglass rims... one sharp turn and the plexy will break causing a roll over... I can't see these being street legal anywhere but in L.A.

What is this world coming to?

I saw one the other day too. The preferred car is a Corsica, not an Impala.

Get with the times Donkinic.

Yeah there is a couple of those here in Ogden, one has a green paint job with money signs airbrushed all over it. I guess he is trying to say look at all the money I pissed away on this hunk of S***. Not my bag that's for dam sure.
Last year me and the wife were driving to Peach days in Brigham city in the Jeep and a whole group of them was along side of us. They kept looking at us thinking we were checking out their sweet POS when in all actuality I was thinking how nice of a dent my tire would make in their side if I decided to turn into them scratching that goofy ass paint job.

honestly, if you want to buy drugs, walk up to the telephone pole that has a pair of sneakers hanging from the wires on it around the corner from my house.

And and the real thing that ticks me off is while they are spending their cash to get their "Bling Bling" and such, we are probably paying for their kids food and health. Aw, what a great system we have...
