Kanab-area horse people??

Any folks here from the Kanab area that are also into horses?

Reason I ask is there is a horse down there that I may be interested in buying. However, it is a long drive if she is not as advertised.

If there is someone that could do a little pre-check for me, it would be very appreciated.
