It's back! A little worse for wear, but nothing too serious. Mostly as functional as it left me yesterday. I need a steering column, my 3rd seat back and it could use a door and some paint work on the fender. The only personal stuff I lost is a 'cradle' for the infant car seat and my 3rd seat. Everything else (including my CD's) is still with the vehicle, golf clubs, tools, hitches, etc.

THANKS (Huge) for everybody's concern and for keeping an eye out.

SLC PD found my Sub attached to a SWEET 24 ft flatbed trailer so someone could move (hope someone gets that one back). I don't know the details of why the purpetrators got pulled over or stopped or questioned or whatever, but I'm very impressed by the detective that I worked with and by the arresting officers. They arrested both suspects and I have no idea what will happen to them (I'm sure not much) but at least all is well for now. {dialing the insurance co. as I type........comprehensive coverage added :D}

Wow! Sounds like the same punks that stole my truck- They needed it to move also! :rofl: Glad to hear you got her back!

congrats Marc, I'm glad they found it.

As a side note, anybody with liability only one their vehicles can add comprehensive for dirt cheap. This coverage is great for theft, hitting deer, broken windsheilds, fire. Trust me, it's worth having.

DING DING.....I would have been TOTALLY out any $$$. For $10 per month, I'm covered for vandalism, theft, animal collisions, etc. Check your coverage before this type of thing happens to you. (I hope it doesn't)

Make sure that you get a damage report to the police, so if/when they go to court they will be sentenced to pay the restitution on the damages!

Our state is joke on that issue :mad2: Just like most of the government issues here, worthless :mad:

I wonder if maybe that trailer was stolen too and they didn't have the right plug for the lights. I recovered a stolen trailer back in my days on the PD, if the guy would have taken a few seconds to get the right plug so he had lights I would have never known, and he would have kept on driving.

It has been said in this post "who would steal that thing", well I wouldn't "steal" it but I wouldn't mind having it (I covet it), nice looking Burb, I'm glad to hear you got it back.
