Want to have some fun this CHRISTMAS? Send the ACLU a CHRISTMAS CARD this year.

As they are working so very hard to get rid of the CHRISTMAS part of this holiday, we should all send them a nice, CHRISTIAN card to brighten up their dark, sad, little world.

Make sure it says "Merry Christmas" on it.

Two tons of Christmas cards would freeze their operations because they wouldn't know if any were regular mail containing contributions. So spend 44 cents and tell the ACLU to leave Christmas alone. Also tell them that there is no such thing as a "Holiday Tree." It's always been called a CHRISTMAS TREE!

Yes, people today don't understand the true history of Christmas. But does that really matter. Christmas should be preserved in the traditional manner, but needs to be less commercialized. Christmas in its current state is nothing more than a sales tool for most.

I think all the holidays are sales tools anymore. About the only one they have a hard time tying a big sale to is New Years but that is just because they had been hyping Christmas for the last 3 months. :-\

Back to the original topic, I'm not going to sent the ACLU any cards. All I need is to get on some mailing list for some crap I don't want. A ton of cards in the mail is going to provide some work for a mail clerk for a while, it's not going to bring an organization to it's knees. Maybe they might hire a temp worker until the end of the year. I doubt anyone outside the mailroom will even know the card was sent.

The majority of Christian beliefs are Pagan so it is a no brainer that the celebrations would be too.
