I wanted to make a hand pump for my scepter water can recently so I started searching. I found this scepter flo and go transfer hand pump for fuel tanks and bought it online for 31 bucks delivered. I then made my own adapter out of home depot pvc trap adapters for 2 bucks. Cut the hole in my spare water can lid and screwed the two ends togther with my nozzle in between the 2 pieces sandwiching it for a good seal. I attached the feed and pour hoses and the hand pump is awesome. Think gas pump. You pump it a couple times to start the siphon then it pours on its own if you hold it down. If you just pump it squirts maybe a cup or so out each time. Perfect for camping and cooking, or maybe a hoopty shower. You must have the water can above the area you want to pump. But that works great with my rack mount
