Knife talk

I used to carry a CRKT M-16 but now that I work with magnets I got a little worried there might be a surprise vasectomy. So I started carrying a cheapo milwaukee fastback. No complaints. I did carry a Boker CZ until it disappeared while moving a few years ago. I miss that knife

I love it.
My EDC is a Benchmade 940-1.
The S90v is insanely sharp and because its only 2.4 oz it absolutely disappears in the pocket once I added a deep carry clip.

I just bought this knife and I love it! It is my new everyday carry over my infidel and 3400 autocrat. I really like how light it is and feels really nice in my hands.

Not nearly as fancy, but my son made this traditional Hmong knife for me and I love it. They are typically pretty crude but stout and serve as everything from axes to weapons in Hmong life. It’s about 10” long and he etched it with firefighter motifs for me. Well balanced too!😎

I lost my 940 last fall. Couldn't find a replacement in stock anywhere, so got a 9400. Much prefer the ergos of the 940 and will eventually have to get another one.

Not quite the same as the rest, but I've been upgrading the knives in my kitchen to Shun Classic.

All three have a 68 layer blades with Rockwell 61 hardness core for the cutting edge.
All three are an absolute joy to work with.

I really like the pushbutton on the 9400 though. I've got a Barrage assisted in my rotation and if I ever replace it, it might be with a 9400.

Yeah, the pushbutton IS nice. And the snick is very satisfying. My main beef, is when I take it out of my pocket, the pushbutton isn't just naturally exactly where I need it. The stud on the 940 is. I'm used to adjusting my grip on the 9400 without really thinking about it at this point though, so it really doesn't bother me like it did at first.
