Landfill at 5 mile pass.. WTF????

There is a landfill at 5mp! maybe I am late to the party on this, and you all know already, but it was news to me..

I found an inspection document online, but not much other info.

It's been there for years on the south side of the road just past cedar fort. If I remember correctly they take more concrete and stuff like that then household garbage.

There is one there in Cedar fort, and this one that is west of the main 5mp parking lot, before the rattle snake trail.. Just near the Faust turn off.

I've taken dirt bikes, and quads through it. It's "debris" more than "garbage" but definitely on a larger scale than the illicit civilian dumping found at other wheeling spots. I always wondered about it. Because you could certainly tell that large trucks had to have brought it in, not some disrespectful rednecks in a pickup or something
