Yea that's Coreshots model.. er trailer. I used it for my design and added a few feet, and mods of my own. I used the lockable jeep style latches on the doors for the ramps. I bought the axles at Henderson wheel and the steel I just went to Wasatch. I'm in it about 2k with everything. alot of work, but worth it. (Thanks for your help Coreshot;) ) Paint will be here Tues. I'll post more pics when I finish.

How much was the metal and what sizes/shapes did you use?
(angle Iron, c-channel, square tube?)Is the primer brushed or sprayed on?

The main frame runners are 6'' channel with 3500lb axle's. The 20 x 8 deck is 4x2x3/16 rec. tube with 2.5 x 2.5 x 3/16 angle across the center, and 2'' sq x 1/16 rails. I copied Coreshots frame design exactly the same. The primer is sprayed on. I'll bring it by when I finish it if you want to see it.

I'm sure I'll see it soon enough. I wish I had the room to park one that big at my house. Of course if I did, I would prolly make one about 24 feet.:D

Thanks Herzog. I had an 18 ft before and always wished it was a little longer. I think 20' will be a good lenth. I wasen't going to go with a over the wheel deck, but Iwhen I towed Coreshots it was killer. No dragging the a$$ end over anything and it didn't sway at all. And the tires track with my truck on the highway as well.

that was my next question, about the height. it didn't bother you then, that's cool. My house is on a baseball diamond shaped lot, and it is only 8.5 feet wide at the narrowest point between the garage and the fence, and it is a pain to back anything 8 feet wid in there, this is cming from a guy that makes his living backing up trailers.

that look like a cool trailer...the one I borrow from my work is 20 ft and it is WAY long...but if you have used 18 ftr before and wished it was longer then this should be right for you...I want to get the height of my deck as low as possible so I'm not 8-10 ft high going down the freeway but again, if its what you like then more pwer to ya...thanks for the check in on te project...overall it looks killer:p

 I was told about $1400 for a 16' flatbed with brakes on one axle bulldog hitch and jack, ramps, and beaver tailed if I wanted it...the deck could be open center or a full deck, the axles were two 3500 lb axles...this was from bubbas...what else did you have done to yours, how long is yours...I dont think the one I was quoted had the side rails...I stopped by lone peak and they wanted about $2100-$2600 for the same thing as what I described at bubbas...the price difference was in length 16' vs. 18'

I went to Bubba's and RAN out of there... I thought their trailers Sucked.

I went to Wasatch Trailers and bought a 16' PJ's trailer for $1600.00. It was Twice the trailer that Bubba was selling.

Yeah,I went to Lone Peak first. They had a discontinued model that they were trying to get rid of. It was 18' flatbed, no rails, no ramps, no D-rings, brakes only on one axle, and they wouldn't go below $2300. So I called Bubba and he said he would do the same thing for $2000. I went up to talk to him and decided to add the rails for my ATVs. Then he added 8' ramps under the rear(see 'Skinners pics) D-rings at the corners, brakes for both axles, ATV tie-down points on each rail support, the extra long neck so I could mount a box without using any of the deck, and a spare tire. He added all this stuff and didn't raise the price a bit. Then I told him I wanted D-load range tires and he charged an extra $15 per tire. The $2600 I stated above was what I figured the options that he added were worth. I'm actually only $2100 plus the cost of a box. Not a huge savings for Muleskinner, however, I can tell you, his trailer is a lot better built than mine. I'm going to have him go over mine and reweld a bunch of spots.
