- Location
- Grantsville, Utah
Needed parts:
- 1 plow disc, discada, or flat but not too flat metal plate.
- 3 1/2" pipe couplers
- 3 1/2"x 16" or 18" pipe nipples
- 2' of 1.5" angle iron for the burner cradle
- 1 Ozark Trail single burner stove
After cleaning the ever-loving snot out of your plow disc (or whatever) you have to layout your pipe coupler locations. I just kept drawing lines until I saw 3 that sorta looked evenly spaced.
All of those extra lines will make it easier to center your burner cradle.
Now take the angle iron and cut it into 3 pieces at 7.5". Weld them into a U shape and weld that sucker to the bottom of your future taco burner. Make roundy grooves for the burner to drop into.
Season your new Rock Wok on your gas grille. After seasoning, thread your nipples on to your welded pipe couplers and slide your burner into the cradle. Attach 1 lbs bottle of propane and light that baby.
Now make tacos.
The center will get hot as hell. Don't burn your tacos.
