I have not mounted mine yet due to a blown motor.
I have tested both the 40" Cree and the Regular 40" IMHO the regular bar puts out more light 80 LEDs compared to 24. But the cree light seems to be cleaner light.
Im undecided on which one I wil run.
Both lights are quality lights

Wait... I was still on for my purchase and heard nothing and seen nothing. WTF?
Since Krany did not set up this group buy for profit I don't think he will mind me sharing this. I found a company called Trail Worthy Fab while searching for a good deal on a quality light bar. I ordered a 20" bar from them for $250 with free shipping. Their light bar seems to be very well built with a hardened glass lens and Epistar LED's. I am not affiliated with them in any way and just wanted to share my positive experience. They have sizes from 6" to 40". Hopefully this will be helpful to someone.

Still not as cheap as Krany, specially once you add in the shipping costs, and it looks like the reflectors behind the leds are larger (not allowing as many leds -- 6" = 6 leds wide vs 3 leds, but it is 1.5" less wide also). They look like they mount a bit differently not taking much space on the sides and allowing for the adjustable mounts to work on more conventional tabs. Few different options for lens, body, and light pattern as well. Still just lights from China though.
