Is there a place I can find the rules online?

Regarding size restrictions, do they prohibit you from keeping the big ones or the small ones?

You can go to the dwr web site and see the regs. If I remember correctly you can only keep 2 fish over 16 inches, four total.

I have a GPS waypoint of an insanely awesome camp spot off hole in the rock road. I will dig it out for you. It's a really large natural Rock wall enclosure that has just a tiny man made gate I'm sure at one point it was used for sheep herding.

I'm pretty sure this is dance hall rock.
