Ok, so I work for a Used Car Dealership, we have a pretty substanstial service department as part of our business, my dilemma is they say I do not pass safety.

For one, I know mudflaps are needed and fender flares possibly. But, he is telling me my body lift is illegal? I have 4 blocks to each side, double bolted. One bolt through body, one through frame THEN they are welded on. This is not a homemade body lift, its the calmini body lift, with a 3" suspension lift.

Does anyone have the link handy for the legal information on this? I know its been covered a bunch on here.

Found it, I printed it and took it back to them... sheesh.....

Also telling me I need a 3rd brake light..... wtf its a 91 its no oem!

If I remember correctley, you can only have a 2 inch body lift and it needs to be one piece, yours is like welding 2 lift blocks together for leaf springs lol, or cinder blocks which I have seen!

What is the distance between the frame and the body? You can have some body lift, but it should be 3" max

its 3" or less on the total distance between frame and body. Also, its a single block with the frame isolator. not stacked, but I welded the metal block as well to the frame.

Coils on this vehicle :) But I think I know what you mean, but it is a single block, with the frame isolator on top, which is not included as a block, its just the soft rubber isolator.
