Light Bar install???

First, I got the best wife in the world. For my birthday she bought me the Rigid Industries 50" LED light bar for my JK. There are two main problems and I need some advice on the second one. The first problem, the mounting brackets that come with it are not that great. Two small "L" shaped brackets with one mounting hole in each. You have to drill a hole in the upper joint of the windshield frame in order to mount them. I called their CS and they do sale a larger bracket for it, two legs that come down the windshield frame. It cost $300 for that. Thats the first problem. The second problem is the power source wire. If using the brackets that come with the light, you would have to drill a third hole for the power source. Has anyone else installed this light, if so, how and what did you do??

I've been trying to see how people are mounting their wires, and I think most of the installed pictures don't have the wires installed yet. Did rigid give you any ideas of how to mount the wires?

Not really, I got the feeling that most of the light bars they sale are being sold to shops and they have their own way of installing them. I did find out that Poison Spider makes a bracket (if you go to JKO forum and search "CAIN"), its pretty cool looking. I also spoke with Shad from PSC this morning. He is hoping to have some available today and will ship one out to me. I will know more tomorrow regarding the PSC mount.

sweet! I was doing some research on the topic and I saw your thread over on JKOwners. Looks like they'll steer you in the right direction.
