Previous owners of my place had RMP install their Cool Keeper device that allows them to throttle AC usage at peak power times. Its not horrible, but it annoys me. Particularly this last week. So you better believe I've requested that they come out and remove it!

Yeah they had that on my place when I moved in, no longer attached. RMP wants to hook them back up rather than come claim their property
