I've noticed this too. They've gotten particularly bad lately, and it's not just the local employees. I see packages go sideways well before they get to town, and then they spend another few days bouncing around between NSL, WVC, and the new Magna warehouse. It's frustrating.
I've had to have two packages refunded or reshipped because FedEx lost them just in the past month or so.
NSA intercepted to add a surveillance bug to it.
