A bus! ....that's like a super-van.

It's even more funny that they ARE living by the river.

Isn't it! What an odd lifestyle... but whatever floats your boat.

There are a bunch of vans too, in the photo album linked to that article.

This is the point where I really miss the comments on KSL...

Saw them on the news last night and was surprised they weren't any dreadlocks and tie-die.

I lived by the river up in Evanston WY one summer when I was young. It wasn't too bad, but definitely didn't do it long term.

Alot of thr river guides up in jackson do this due to the high cost of rent. When they get kicked out of one place the find another.

I dont know about livin in a van, but maybe dependin on wat kind of van or maybe if it was some kind of Expedition vehicle and I was wealthy Id do it for a while. As long as I had a shower and there wasnt any more than 4-5inches of snow.

At some point, didn't we all want to be ski bums. A couple friends and I wanted to travel the US out of highschool for a year. Then REAL life happened and we never left.

I'm continually trying to talk my wife in to selling our house and buying a nice RV to live in. Not quite the same as living in a Van down by the river. :D

We lived in a 33' 5th wheel for a year, me the wife 3kids and the dog, wasnt great but wanst bad, flushing toilet, warm shower, and runnin water. I liked it but think that the wife and kids deserve better. my wife had no problem with it and woulda been happy living in the 5th wheel but its hard for the kids especially my daughter. Pretty hard for them to invite friends over or have sleep overs and what not. So for now ill be living in a house.
