Yep, that's right, Desert Mountain claims a second wound on this victim. Somewhere along the way, I broke my lower front p-side control arm mount. What a Bi#ch!!
Looking for suggestions on how to most effectively repair.
should I cut both front lowers off and have new mounts welded on?
or, should I simply bang the broken one back into place, weld and reinforce it?
Keep in mind that this axle will be replaced with either a D44 or a ford high pinion 9". I already have the D44 but it will take me the better part of a year to build it and get it installed. I have to build both axles (front and rear) together cause I'm changing my gear ratio.
