Rollover Motorsports & Unlimited Fabrication

Both of these shops frequent the RME forum and will not let you down!!! That’s what counts the most to me.

Tyler at RM is located in SLC area and has some good fabrication skills, good options for purchasing from different vendors, very professional/safe shop, they got things done on time and in budget for me.

Mitch owns U-Fab and he is located a little further South (between Provo and Spanish Fork). He is probably one of the best fab guys out there and he does it all (look at the jigs he has and custom axles he makes)... just look at his posts and feedback on here!!!!! His skills in mechanics/turbos/electric tranny's/All Suspension types/Custom fab parts & solutions to retrofitting stuff for any make vehicle are unbeatable. He's a very professional-Top notch dude, full service shop that can point you in the right direction when solutions are needed and the customer doesn't know where to start. I would personally use him as he can proably give you the best service for such a large project.

I will note that I did hear that "ADVANCE 4WD SYSTEMS" has issues with getting things done on time and in budget. I have not used them, but also scrutinize any shop that does my work and would not use them for my stuff.

I have not had any personal experience with Sexton offroad, but I did wheel with him and all the crew he does work for in Kamus this year. His shop is one of the best I've seen around... no joke! Also, (SSwens1) and his white YJ has a custom 4 link up front with full hydro and 60's that just flat out works good and looks good too. I would def use them if I didn’t have the 1st two options I listed in the post.

None of the shops mentioned will be able to test the emissions. But all will be able to do the majority of the other work.

I have dealt with most of these shops on personal and business levels.

I won't say anything bad about any of them, but my first choice would be Dusty up at Sexton. Oh wait, that is where my rig is at.

That is true, but Mitch and Tyler im sure will get it sent to emissions for you so that it can be driven when it's picked up and paid for. Only way to know is to call them up and talk to them personally so you get a feel for the shop and exactly what they will do.

I had a bad experience with advance... took my shaft in to have a bearing pressed on... he said it would take 15-20 mins... so I waited... an hour and half later he brought it out to me... and it still had the same bearing on it that I brought it in with.... he tried to charge me $50 bucks for it...

20 years ago I took a shaft in to have the bearing replaced (an expensive Summers Brothers 4340 shaft) When I picked it up they had heated the retainer with an oxy/act torch blueing the shaft badly. Randy was lucky I did not beat him to death with it when he told me that is the way it should be done. I wish he had just given me the untouched shaft back.

Advanced 4x4 only does differential work. No body work, engine work or conversion of engine's work. Is not an inspection station either. He has however done diff. builds and installs for me and has done a great job as quoted. Just make sure you have plenty of time, as the work is not always done promptly.
