Maxxis trep radials

After wheeling with you this trip, I love these tires. They will be my next set. Seemed to perform right with my KM2s. They gripped just as well and might even resist chunking a little better.

THey sound even better than my much-loved Magic Tires: a set of the old Durangos, which stuck pretty well, wore like iron, and hardly chunked at all. 40k on 'em when I sold the Blazer. :(

They look great!! This thread is swaying my already-favorable opinion. :D

I mounted up a set Of 37" KM2s and I mounted up my trepadors and I couldn't feel a difference at all driving down the road they don't feel any heavier than any other tire I have run.

Km2's are not that light of a tire. My buddy put a 38" Kevlar and a 38" km2 on a scale one after the other. The km2 was at least an inch shorter and narrower as well and weighed 5 lbs more. And the sidewalls feel like a balloon.

My 35" km2s mounted on a 17" aluminum wheel weighed less than a Trep by itself. I'm glad to hear you cant feel a difference. Im used to weak motors, so that makes a big difference to me. I absolutely love km2s, but in my mind, the radial treps are far beefier.
