that and the scope

I just heard, they aren't going to cover the scope :(

They suggested that it might cost me more to recover it than it's worth so maybe I should leave it there  they don't know the forest service very well do they.

I've been thinking and this would be tremendously easier if someone else was there with a winch... anyone? anyone? Bueller??????

Let me know what the status is of the motor/drivetrain when you get a chance. Glad you made it and those pics are awesome.

Roll cage on a 4-wheeler?

How did the extract go? I had my nose to the grindstone rebuffing the latest press release for "Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility."

It's off the mountain :) A big thanks to Chadschoon, Benjy, Kami, Bart and Badger.

Badger was camera *****, but there is a gap in the pics where he became atv carcass loader *****.

Right here we ran Bart's winch line from behind the camera to a snatch block on the front of the trailer. Badger, Chad and I had to wrangle it a bit to get it squared away. All in all it was quiet easy. :)

I had to twist Bart's arm to get him to continue up the road to see the top mine while Chad and I started down.

(Anyone who took pics I would like some full size copies plz :greg: )

 glad I could be so much help :D The pictures do not do justice to the distance and grade that the 4 wheeler dropped off. After I got up there I was surprised it didn't roll a lot farther

oh, turns out badger is a nice guy

Rescue was as fun as a rescue can be. Despite the loss of the mangled 4 wheeler to Meat, the ride was fantastic and Badger makes for a great tour guide. I've never been up Mary Ellen's before and was glad we took the scenic way down. Great scenery, great company, great way to spend a Wednesday evening.
