The pitman arm took me about 1.5 hours to get off. Sucked in the rain.

I have to drill out the pitman arm and the highsteer arm to fit the larger tie rod ends.

that sucks. i have a pitman arm puller I could have sent your way.

I have one too it wouldn't fit on.

I could be there for about an hour and a half. Meeting up with Chad at 530 to start splitting the cases in my dirt bike. He live down there in PG. Tow birds with one stone.

That would be awesome. The axle is a beast and I just can't muscle it around by myself.

Rock taco aka Troy came and helped for a few hours again tonight. He is a machine.

We got the rear completely in.

Now I just have to finish up the front.

Brakelines (has anyone seen my banjo bolt thingys?)
Steering drag link and tie rod
Drill pitman arm, and high steer arm.
Steering stabilizer
Drivelines
Steering stops
Bleed brakes

That is it! I am so close.

Thanks again to all those that helped especially Troy.

Awesome.

Also your banjo bolts were already out when I arrived, so I can't help ya there

I did put your copper washers for them in the pile of new parts before I left, they were still in the baggie

Luckily the banjo bolts are a dealer part. One in AF and one in Provo. On a drive I go.

I just stopped by to give you a hand looks like you got that rear axle already under the Jeep. Your wife said that you had to run to go get some parts and I just barely saw your post

Drove under its own power.

Getting an alignment right now.

Need a programmer to turn off the ESP and BAS.

Really soft pedal on the brakes. I need to install the bigger master cylinder.

Just cut the purple wire to the accelerometer under the center console. It will kill all traction aid garbage. I've got a switch wired into mine to kill all that stuff when I need to.
