With Memorial Day quickly approaching, it's time to get this schwing-ding planned. After discussing this grand time with Greg, it has been determined that he is NOT a planner and I am the epitome of a Jewish hostess so I have put on my party planner hat and here goes! The game plan is as follows: The BBQ will be taking place in the parking lot of the 4x4 Outpost on Saturday evening, May 26th. A time has yet to be determined, probably 6 ish. There will be a cover charge for dinner. The cover charge will pay for dinner, soda, and dessert. Dinner will be hamburgers, hot dogs, and possibly Brats, along with potato salad, coleslaw and a bevy of chips. The drinks will be water bottles and sodas. I haven't decided on dessert yet, we'll see what jumps out at me when I go shopping! 
So all you'll have to do is show up with money in hand and some chairs, if you so desire, and we will have a great time! The cover charge hasn't been determined yet, we're obviously hoping to keep it as inexpensive as possible. Now, here's what I need from you all: Please post up if you are planning on joining the fun and how many will be with you. An accurate head count is the secret to having just enough food and making the cover charge as accurate as possible. Also, if anyone wants to bring their grills and volunteer their grilling skills, we would be ever so grateful!
