Update:

It's official! We're going to hold the BBQ at Moab 4x4 Outpost! There is a possibility for a drawing to happen that day as well as some other fun stuff. We'll keep everybody posted.

As you saw in BroncoMama's first post, we will be providing hamburgers, hotdogs, beverages, chips, potato salad, paper products, etc. We need an accurate headcount so we can buy enough food for those planning on coming. There will be a small fee to cover the food, no more than $10/person.

Yes, please post up. I live in the boondocks and have to drive to the nearest Wal Mart which is an hour away. The moral of this story is that I will be making ONE trip to buy food and that's it. And due to the money coming out of my pocket orginally, extra will not be bought. Sooooo, if you want to come to a really fun time and eat, let us know SOON!

Sweet! I've got you on the special list. At this point there aren't any official trail runs, but I think there will most likely be a night run after the BBQ. It will probably be something easy like PSM, but that will be discussed at dinner.

Alrighty, for all of you still unsure about whether or not you'll be attending the festivities, you have been granted a few more days of contemplation! We will be attending my brother's girlfriend's college graduation this weekend and my hard working hubby will then be off to Holly Colorado for a job that will help us recover from a winter of minimal work. The moral of this story is that I will now be doing the shopping next Wednesday instead of this Saturday as I tend to get very bored without my very entertaining husband around. And I always feel better when I spend money so that will ease the sting of our separation!
