Drove out there for the first time yesterday. It's only 5 minutes from my house. Looks very fun for an hour or two. Seems kind of pricey, but who knows. I wonder what it cost to build something like that.
UROC spent a little over $100K to set that up for the supercrawl, then had a deal to rent it from RMR for 2 events per year (@12 to 16K per weekend) for 5 years. To the best of my memory anyway.
