my experience with the outpost has always been great... that is why every year when I go to the EJS I take my tickets for the raffel and give them to the outpost... they seem to be open 24/7 during the ESJ week... I have been in there around 9pm the saturday before easter a few times and they were there to help...

I have had good dealing with both shops. Both have had what I needed at the time and gave me a great price.
