So me and my wife have been wanting to get out of town for a while, so last Friday we decided to go to Moab, she has only been there once so we did a quick overnight kind of sight seeing trip. We left Friday at about noon, and between Price and I 70 as you come down that big hill there was a F150 hauling a car on a car dolly,Im not sure if they were going to fast or if something came loose, but they were at the bottom of the hill, with the car flipped upside down still attached to the truck and the rear end of the truck was totaled. The rest of the trip down was clear. I couldnt believe how many people were down there especially cause the jeep safari was over. We went towards Castle Valley and couldnt find a camp spot so we went up Kane Creek road past Cliffhanger and there was a tent around every corner. So we ended up heading back down to the Kane Creek Camp ground and paid $22 to sleep overnight. We just made our bed in the back of the truck. The next morning we got breakfast at the Moab Diner and the went up the potash road to the Schafer Canyon trail, then over to Dead horse point and then to Arches and up to Delicate arch. After that we headed home. It was a quick trip but it was good to get out of town.
