I'm not sure about that. All I know is this: Coyote is not officially closed yet and it will not be until the paperwork is signed. Seeing as how it was a beautiful weekend and it isn't closed yet, we chose to run it not only once, but twice. And it was amazing!
The RMP was supposed to go into effect on Oct. 4th but it hasn't been signed yet. So of course we took advantage.
