Toyota MSD in a 3-fe engine

I've got a FJ-40 that I put a 89 FJ-62 3FE engine in, and am having ignition trouble. Now I'm looking to change out the whole thing for an MSD, but i don't know what one will work. anyone got any ideas?

Why don't you just ask MSD?

MSD said their system wouldn't work because it won't send a signal to the injectors... Does anyone have in idea what i can do?
