Zen, from what I hear is amazing. It is near Bear Claw. I love that I could take my parents and little siblings on the poppy trail and I still had a blast.

It's the mtn bike section of the xterra tri in may. I got this for christmas, and figured a race would be a good way to break it in (not the ideal bike for this sort of event, but I'll be slow anyway)

Not a bad bike either. I will run through it before your race if you want me to. I have done xterra race support for Tahoe and Kona.
I'm going to run down on the 23rd and do a pre run of the bike section, just to ease my worries
race support sounds like fun, especially in Kona This race is a prequalifier for the Hawaii xterra. I won't be competitive in my age group, but my dad will be in his

We did the boniville shore line trail and it was long but fun. The trail is all messed up because of the stupid water tower Ogden decided to put in on the mountain. So you have to go around on a different trail. In hine sight i would of started the trail further down at 29th street rather than 46th because of the new route you have to take.
It was fun all in all though
