my buddy chad just got his new australian tires on his samurai

my friend chad just got in his order for his australian "wolly bugga" tires. they are base on the goodyear MTR but with a very small rim. these things are great for sand, they just float on top of everything. they have the same tire in alaska but with a different rim size and tread pattern.

WTF is with the rim? How IN THE HELL did you get that rim to fit a truck axle? are they for ATV's? DOT approved? I think not!!! the second pic looks like mickies....
