Tibble Fork Reservoir up American Fork Canyon. You'll have to pay to get in the canyon, $6.

Im good, live in Highland and go up the canyon frequently, buy an annual every year.. Only asked where was Tibble was to make sure I understood the slang:-\ I did:cool:

Unfortunately, I will not be able to make this trip. Wife has plans, daughter has plans, and wife has plans for me.......:amy:

I am told that if you tell the rangers at the gate that you're just passing through, you don't have to pay, just like Mirror Lake Highway. I haven't tried it and I don't know if it's true.

Yeah, but at $6 and the funds go to help keep the canyon open, why wouldn't you just pay it?

The way the rule was explained to me is, if you're parking, stopping, or camping anywhere, you need to pay. if you're just driving through, like the alpine loop, you do not have to pay. I'm not sure what the rules are for dirt roads, kind of a grey area.
