Need help starting 4x4 club

I dont know how to start a 4x4 club. If any of you know how please pm me and help me out. Rigs are not a problem but rules and being legal are.

There is a really good article on clubs in the latest issue of "the Voice", United Four Wheel Drive Association's newsletter. I'd try their website and see if you can wrangle a copy. I think it's www.UFWDA.com
