What's that line? Opinions are like assholes...everyones got one? :D jk

Your case is way differant than mine. My front is right where I want it and the rear 60 I want (64"~ WMS-WMS) is out there I think, just need to find it. I'm going to run my Toyota rear and leafs again to get it on all fours so it's wheelable this summer and mobile if we move and build the 60 on the side I think.

My cost will be
Spool
Gears/install kit
35 spline shafts

The rest are done or will be done by a local buddy with all the tools at home.

D60 spindles are not worth boring out for 35 spline. If I decide to build a new D60 rear I am going to use 14 bolt spindles and hubs. 1) they are plenty big for 35 spline shafts, 2) the hubs are a hell of alot easier to machine down to 5 or 6 lug patterns, for 1/2 ton rotors or what ever, and the center for the wheel is smaller which = easier for wheel fitment.

Caleb, in most cases 9" housings are plenty strong it's just under heavier viehicles they take some punishment. For jeeps and stuff they are awesome and easy to modify for more ground clearance, like Brents. I was suprised at how well it turned out, the housing didn't distort or anything.
