My wife & I are looking for a house/duplex/townhome for rent if anyone knows of anything please let me know!

we're looking for

Between bountiful-draper
2bedroom+
garage
cat friendly
rent no more then $1,000 /month

we've checked all the usual sites (ksl, craigslist, rent.com etc) with no luck so far.

I've got a house in SLC that I'd rent for about 1k. 3 bedroom, 2 bath (master), 2 car attached garage + rv parking. You can have whatever pets you want. The yard isn't fenced, but we can figure that out

fresh paint, new carpet, has a fridge. etc. room for a garden
