Im not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but my wifes sister is missing. We assume she is re-involved heavily into the drug scene, meth etc. She was recently incarcerated for this exact thing for a year with the wonderful correctional system and had appereard to want to make some changes in her life.

Anyways, not to get into this too deep, but she is missing. Last area she was in was Stansbury park area in tooele county. I spent my last saturday driving around Stansbury Park area looking for her car.

Its one thing for her sister to get re involved in meth and drop off the planet and ignore her family, another thing to have my wife co-sign on a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spider and then not make payments......

I dont know if any of you spend time down there in Stansbury park or know anyone in that area but we need to locate her and the vehicle. We just had to shell out 2 months in payments on the car to avoid hurting Carlins credit.(wife)

The car is a pearlish white, convertible I will look on the net and find some pictures of the type of car.

I am offering $200 cash if anyone can locate where she is, or can provide me with information leading to the location of her and the vehicle.

If anyone specializes in this and wants to make some cash doing this for me PM me, or any suggestions are appreciated. We are worried about her, but she has burned her family so many times my wife is fed up. She is worried about her but we cant really do anything about her at this time, we can find her talk to her and try to help her but if any of you have expierence with this type of problem youll understand the issues involved.

I am very concerned about shelling out $450 a month in payments we cant afford, and would like to locate the car and sell it.

Please if anyone can help, post her or PM me. I have come up with some ideas, but I live up in Layton and thats quite a drive for me. I wanted to post a Missing sign or reward sign in the Maverik down there, bank and other business' out there.

This is the information I know,
Her name: Alisha Nagel
Boyfriends name: Jason
Boyfriends Gang affiliation: '808' ?
Car: Pearl White 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Or you can call me directly 801-686-4268

I'll keep my eyes peeled. There are a couple spots around that I'll check tomorrow. Saw a girl in one of those earlier today, but not sure it was a convertible.... Have you got any recent pictures of her? or a description at least????

Mail me whatever you've got to put up and I'll try and get them posted.

PLATE # is 890 VVG

She is 5'6" weight? I would guess 130-150 depending on meth consumption
Hair is short brown, blond streaked in the front. Wears heavy makeup, silverish in color normally. Tatoo on her arm of a tribal butterfly, on the belly button of a butterfly as well.

I will immediatly come to whereever the car is, if you "accidentally" park behind her or something or follow her the 200 in hard cold cash is yours, if you have to follow her track the mileage, I will compensate at 32 cents a mile! I need to get this car asap.

She would be in SLC or just about anywhere, last seen in tooele stansbury park area. her bf lives in stansbury park, but they may have used up that spot and moved to another.
Ill post a picture when I can, I have some at home but the internet is down right now, ill see if I can get one on tonight.

If I see it I will give you a call, but what the hell were you thinking cosigning on a $400 a month loan for a crankster? Everybody in prison is a changed person but once they get out very few are. Wouldn't it have been better to just buy her a $1000 dollar beater for basic trasportation.

She co signed without telling me, she knows how much she messed up. I would have gven her a 1000 dollar car rather than do this. It was one of the worst decisions she has ever made, but no use crying over spilled milk

BTW

300 dollar reward cash now

Have you contacted any police agencies regarding this? Such as Tooele/Stansbury and maybe surrounding agencies?

Here's what you can do. While this is a civil problem in nature at this point, you can notify the agencies for a "check the welfare" statues check on here and a outstanding "civil matter" with the vehicle. If your wife is listed as the sole owner of the vehicle, police can stop and detain to have the owner of the vehicle come and get the vehicle.

For what it's worth, I have checked our agencies file to see if we have dealt with that vehicle or impounded it. No entries found. Ms. Nagel has a long history with dealing with WVCPD, I recognize the name.

Do me favor, PM your wifes name and the lein holder on the vehicle so I know we are looking for this vehicle for a legitimate family member and not a dealer trying to tax someone (please don't take offense to this, I don't know you and unfortunately, I have to think like this all time in my line of work - thanks for your undertstanding). I'll try to help where I can.

Good Luck with this. I just went through the exact same thing with my brother. 2 weeks ago he stole the truck, the dog, and dissapeared. We didn't want to get him into any more trouble than he allready was, but after several days, had a welfare check posted on him.

Then we found that he stole my and my mom's checkbooks, we didn't know because he took ones we weren't using. In 3 days, he managed to clean out both bank accounts, spending well over $2000 dollars. He had also stolen a bunch of my tools and pawned them, drills, optrel welding helmet, shop vac, about 20 DVD's. Well over $1000 worth of stuff that he pawned for $220 bucks.

Finding out he was buying this much drugs, we were worried of an overdose, he's OD'd 4 times in the last year, or him driving under the influence and hurting someone else. So we reperted the truck stolen. The police arrested him that night. We now know he is safe in jail. We aren't pressing charges on the money, with the grand theft auto, and all the drugs he had on him he will be locked up long enough. We feel bad, didn't want him locked away forever, just wanted to get him help.

Now he calls everday pleading with us to bail him out for Christmas, but we've allready been through all this with him in September, and he only got worse.

It breaks our hearts to do this, he's only 21, but in just a year he's finacially driven us right into the ground, and he's got to learn responsability for his actions. All the same, we'll make sure he has a good lawyer, and hopefully gets some help.

I hope things turn out better for you. The last year has been an absolute nightmare for us. At least the police recovered the truck, and the dog. The truck also had the pawn slips in it, so I was able to go get all the stuff back.

Good Luck,
Ryan
