need to know dana 60 spindle flange diameter

Anybody able/willing to give me the flange diameter of a dana 60 spindle? Thanks.

I have a spare spindle buried in my parts box it is for a 96 Ford Dana 60.

(looks like this)


If you need it for a Ford I can dig it out and measure. I don't have a accurate way to measure a round thing that big so it wouldn't be super accurate.

Thanks, both of you. Yes, a rough measurement of the outside diameter of the ford spindle would be helpful.

My Ford spindle witch fits a 1996 ball joint Dana 60, the outer flange is 6.5 inches. The inner (the hole in the knuckle) is about 4.5 inches.

Thanks. I was just toying with the idea of making my own free spin kit for a 2005 Ford Dana 60 front axle. Don't think it's gonna work with that spindle diameter and the size of the hole in the unit bearing knuckle.
