New 4x4 Laws

Has anyone heard of new laws that will be going into effect in April? I heard (from an unreliable source) that there are a bunch of new restrictions on off-road vehicles. These include things such as tire size can only be up to two sizes bigger than stock, exhaust must be stock, etc.

I have done some research on the utah.gov website and haven't found anything as of yet.

Please post any information that you may have heard about or found online.

There is nothing in the manual that refers to tire size. Still appears to be about the same as last year as far as lift requirements. No info that I can find on google either so I think your friend is blowing smoke. Unless of course it's some big secret the state doesn't want us to know about until they make it law so they can screw us.

restrictions on off road vehicles? are you saying off road only vehicles ? whats two sizes bigger than stock tires on a tube buggy?
