New DOT legal beadlock coming soon!

The idea is cool. It would be nice to have a beadlock that only took 6 bolts. What's the price going to be?

Prices aren't out yet. The wheels are still in the prototype manufacturing stage. Hopefully competitive to existing quailty beadlocks.

Those look fun to install!!! Hutchinsons are super easy, and already DOT-legal, and have been since '91. :D Still, options are always good.

Definitely liking that valve stem, definitely...!

*edit

are those valve stems available separately? or for sale from somewhere?

1 piece, internal bead lock with removable rock rings

Got some new pics of the wheels. IMO they are nice looking wheels. They pasted the saftey test with flying colors. A review from Off-Road should be happening in the near future.

Honestly I would be a complete fool if I said I didn't like these wheels. Can I get an explanation as to why these are D.O.T legal and most if not all others are not.

I've heard other bead locks aren't legal because if there is a blowout on one then the bead of the tire will stay with the rim and I guess that is more unsafe than driving on a rim alone, or something. Maybe this new style of beadlock lets go of the tire bead somehow upon blowout? Just talking out my butt here I'm sure someone knows better

Those wheels are quite beautiful. It's good to see innovation like this still coming to the 4wd market.

These wheels don't require the beadlock to hold the tires on for street use. Even without the beadlock these are still a complete wheel. That is the major difference.

On UA there was a wheel that suffered a bunch of broken bolts, causing a very unsafe condition. It was quickly swapped for the spare, and that rig continued on.
