32x40 with 2, 12 food doors one on the north end and one on the east end. Heated with a mud room. This way I can stay out all day. Wahoo.

Multiple sub contractors in the aria are helping. After I did my building permit I had them sending me prices and info every day. They are also in the neighborhood so it was easy.

I should know the cost this week. I got the plumming done last night and will do the flat work thursday, I expect about 15K
