New Star Trek Trailer tomorrow morning!

Now this is my own personal opinion, and I assume that people will disagree with me:
The trailer looks like crap.
Now, perhaps this is because I'm a pretty die hard Trekker, but it just didn't do it for me. To much flash, bang wizardry that just didn't exist in the time period that it is supposed to be set in. In addition, they are rewriting Star Trek history, and we know how well that works out (Enterprise). And finally, its J.J. Abrams, who hasn't ever produced anything worth watching (my opinion).

Though what would a Star Trek Movie be like had Stanley Kubrick and Quentin Tarantino made the movie!! LOL AWESOME. Too bad Stanley has peaced out.

Oh god, Enterprise done by Tarantino? THat would be, tragic.

I really wanted Enterprise to succeed, but there were too many problems between the original series, and TNG, Enterprise couldn't be as flashy as they made it, and yet, the Model T would have been out of place too. FOr the first foray to the stars they did too many things right, not enough mistakes, didn't kill enough nobodies on away parties...

There wasn't much of the history to rewrite though. But it was narrow enough to see how some could see Enterprise as a rewrite of Trek history.
