Check HYPERTECH...by far the best programmers...and your friend will have to buy one also, when you plug it in and run the program it pulls your VIN to the programmer, until you go back to stock programming, then you VIN will be erased out of the machine. BUT you will be able to change tire sizes. Hope this helps.
