We spent yesterday afternoon hanging out at the Mike the Headless Chicken festival here in Fruita.

I'm so jealous! Seth and Amie go every year and keep telling us we need to come up for it.

Chris has been slaving away on Lemon Joy and I've been working on all my flower beds. Tonight we're going into the mountains for our first bonfire of the year! :tara:

Up Little Cottonwood canyon (or Big, I always get the two mixed), about halfway up to Solitude. Good hiking!

Did some hiking up above Redbutte Gardens with the fam today. Nice day to get out and enjoy the weather!

YES! Ironically enough, after I checked with all the axle big boys out there and was told "good luck", my brilliant hubby called a Bronco place that had one. $76 bucks and it got here in less than a week! :greg: I'm pretty excited, the old girl is looking mighty snazzy these days. Work was way slow last week so Chris got all her body panels painted and put on. Now I can finally dig out all the stickers I've been sitting on for 2 years!

And not to rub it in, but the bonfire was awesome. Even better is the fact that our fire pit is made from quartz that the kids brought home from BFE. Kinda special.....
