I put NOS on my truggy last year. I love it!
Its alot different using it rock crawling, than racing. my buddies that run NOS
on there sleds are on the NOS all the time.
In my truk I only use it once in a while, big water falls, wet conditions, snow, sand.
when Im crawling in the rocks, the launch you gain is awesome! & you dont need much boost because of the lower gear ratio.
I set mine up with a 35 hp shot & that wakes my motor right up. My set up goes up to a 75 hp shot, I havent even wanted to try it at 75 hp, not on the rocks anyway.
What engine do you have though? I think beach has a 6.0 already

I do have a 6.0. Maybe a turbo would be a better idea?? I just want more ponies.. 420 isnt enough..
What are you trying to do Beach? Compensate for something?
NOS? You are already blowing up dana 60 ring and pinions!
I do want to ride in it after the NOS!
You forgot something for your buggy.

What did you do to your 6.0 to get it to 420?

This is true. Blowing up ring and pinions! I just want it to fly in the sand dunes and such. Maybe Ill get a different cam and some F.A.S.T. fuel rails and a few other minor parts to increase the performance??

I agree, I think I would go with a turbo, or super-charger, if your looking for that kind of power. they are both more manageable power.
I think if you hooked up a 100 or 150 hp shot of NOS with your 420 hp motor, you will destroy alot of parts. when you engage the NOS its instant power & Its not very easy to meter. you can use bigger or smaller jets but that also effects the HP. In some applications it works great, but I think you would be happier with a turbo or some motor mods.
