I'm game for an "old guy/CJ" Sidewinder trip. But, like you, need someone to lead us through. Just name the day.

Just checked the Coyote calendar. The 26th is the last day this year and, as of now, is still open.

We might be in Moab over Thanksgiving. Still trying to decide.

Did Coyote a couple weeks ago and loved it again. It's amazing how much it changes year to year. I love Sidewinder and it's easy to find, and once on it, you can't get lost. When is the trip you're talking about Jinx? I leave for a Cruise the day after Thanksgiving and come home on the 3rd. I go in for back surgery on the 5th and won't be able to wheel until EJS 2017. : (

Bart, Good Luck on the surgery. Be patient and let yourself heal. I always mess things up pushing it...

I was thinking that the 3rd could be a good day to try Sidewinder... Just hoping things are too soupy... Will you be back in time?

Still up in the air on EJS, I need to just make the vacation week and go for the carnival/circus, maybe I can tail gun for you? :)

Pile of parts, we have 4 rigs, how many in your Thanksgiving group?

Saturday the 26th sounds like fun for Coyote, but I am not sure I can talk the whole group into it.

It will just be us (1 Jeep) if we go. I was just planning on running with MoabFriendsforWheeling if we go. Last I heard they are running Rusty Nail, Pritchett and Steel Bender. If you're serious about running Coyote, I might get real serious about going.

Let me do some quick negotiating. This trip was supposed to be chill and scenic but a chance to get on Coyote could be cool.

We don't get back to SLC until Saturday night so I am out for the 3rd.

Sounds like you need a wheeling trip on the 4th. :D

I could possibly make something work on the 4th. I just need to get my pre-screening done some time between 8:00 and 3:00.

I like 7 Mile Rim when I want a scenic, easy ride, and WipeOut Hill gives you a little adrenaline rush at the end.

You can run 7 Mile Rim and then on the way out there is a turn off out of the wash to Tusher Tunnel. I think Tusher Tunnel is pretty cool and then its a quick ride out on the dirt road or go out the wash.

No pressure....and don't disappoint others you're going with for me. We can always plan a trip. However, if you make it happen, let me know on here or call/text. I can be ready at a moment's notice.
