Hey Guys, I was referred by adamsbro and thought I would introduce myself. I have a '93 Ford Explorer with a 3" lift and sitting on 31's. I plan on making my rig a little beefier, but still haven't decided which way to go. I'm down in Sugarhouse and commute to the U and Bountiful every day. I'm hoping to run across some more guys to wheel with and enjoy lending a hand when someone is turning a wrench.

Welcome. I'm not sure what we are going to do with all you Ford guys showing up around here.

I for one welcome our new Explorer overlords.

I always wanted to do something with my '00 Exploder and it was never the right time. I haven't ruled out picking up an Explorer or Sporttrac down the road to play with, I think they're a great base for a build (once you get rid of the soccer-mom suspension :)).

Thanks guys for the warm welcome! Would love to meet up at Hires and swap stories and see some rigs! Probably a silly question, but what does RVB stand for? Also, I'll try to post a pic or two if I can get the hang of this.

"RBV" =Ranger-Based-Vehicle

I.e ford rangers, bronco IIs, explorers (plus mercury/lincoln equivalents)
mazda B-series, navajo etc.

Ah, I figured it was along those guidelines. Pretty friendly vehicles to work on, especially with how much crossover there is on parts. When do you guys plan on meeting up next at Hires?
