Same here as well, except I don't particularly "love them" but I do have some really good friends who work there as well. Now that I think about it they are all lifted Toyota Land Cruiser or Tacoma drivers as well... Some are even management...

You should talk to your management friends, have them push to drop their support for SUWA. I also have the email address of their "green team co-chair" if you want to send them an email. I'm way bummed because they were a great source for ski gear.

Kirkham's is OHV friendly, just not jackass friendly. They are all about backcountry off-pavement travel (owner Jack drives a modded FZJ80 and had a 60 before) but against those who thrash the land, leaving their shit all over (literally).
I know both of the brothers who own those 4runners, lifted, locked, etc. I worked there in the past. I prefer Kirkham's over REI or the like simply because the people know what they are selling.
