Well its time to go 4 to 1 and twin stick..

I have an np 205 and a np 203 and want to do a dub and hook it up with a twin stick set up..
i have seen some forms on here before for really cheap and would like to do the same..

i have done some on line looking but they still want $ 900 to $ 2200 bucks for the kit... so if any one knows how to do it cheap or has done it before and would like to give me some in put then let me know thanks kevin

The ORD kit is pretty, and complete, and works. $900 is like, the high-end for Doubler kits...

Might also check out Jed's Machining... I think that's who actually makes Stazworks' doublers.

EDIT: I should also note that custom clocking is available on that ORD kit.

I used the ORD Gen2 kit on my buggy and while the kit is nice, I can't stand the company. Lies after lies. I'd never buy another thing from them...EVER. It took me a couple months to get my kit, even though it was supposed to be on the CNC machine the day I ordered it . I'd suggest to look seriously at the Northwest fab kit. After having my 203/205 doubler for not much time I decided I wanted to go to a 203/300 instead and the only way I could do that with the ord kit is to buy a whole new kit, with the northwest fab kit I would just need to buy a new back half for about half the cost of a new one.

I've got the NWFab kit, extremely well made and I had it in 4 days (from Candidadia). My only complaint is the bolts in the clocking ring back out periodically. Even Lock-tighted they tend to back out over a couple days of wheeling.
(just keep that in mind when you build your crossmember so you don't have to torch a whole in it ;))

That's too bad to hear that. I've never had any problem with them, but then, I always ask for Stephen Watson hisself. I do not deal with underlings. :D

There's absolutely no excuse for that crap though.

Yeah, you can. These days Atlas..es arent' that expensive. Figure to have something comparable out of a 203/205 (and only to 4:1, mind ye) you're hoving up around $1000 regardless.... and no warranty, no options, etc.

I'll sell you mine, it's the NWFab kit. I personally rebiult both gear boxes and assembled the unit. It's worked great so far. The front case is 32 spline with the 6 round pattern (dana 300, GM 2[3-4]x, np208, etc) $900. It's complete drop in.
